Charlotte is an incredible VA. I was singly running the Ladies Working Dog Group and was finding it incredibly hard to do the day-to-day stuff and finding time to create new projects to keep growing the business. Bringing Charlotte on board meant I could trust her to do all the daily routine tasks, and I suddenly had time to do loads of amazing new stuff, the stuff I love to do. Charlotte responds to client queries, plans and creates our social media content, helps with website content, plus lots of the other stuff I ask her to help with.
