How Do I Get Started?

Starting couldn’t be more simple! In order to get to know each other better, please head to the Schedule A Consultation section of the website. This is a complimentary 15-minute call where I can get to know your business a little more and you can ask me any questions.

Once we have agreed on how many hours you need assistance with, I will then send you a contract to electronically sign and we can agree on a start date! How exciting! Our first hour will be timetabled as an introduction call. Within this hour, we will go through your systems that I will need access to secure and we can confirm the tasks we have set.

Throughout our relationship, we will schedule Catch Up calls, every month or week as you require. These will be to make sure you are happy with what we’re accomplishing, and we can also review hours and tasks to make sure I am doing everything you need me to do.

I am scared of handing over my information?

No worries! You can give me access to the systems you require me to use via an encrypted, secure website to which I will invite you to after the contract has been signed. This site will give me access to your systems without me seeing the password. If there are any systems that we can’t use via this website, we will review this and see what alternatives we have.

Won't it be hard to set up?

Every relationship is tricky at the beginning. It will take time for us to both adapt to new systems and it will require a little effort on your end to get me up and running, without needing to bother you!

Once we both find our feet, this process will be a lot smoother. I exist in order for you to be free from the office and free from the admin and I will do my best to make this transition as smooth as possible.

How Do I Pay?

Invoices are sent at the end of the month for any work covered in that month, these are payable by bank transfer to the details on the invoice. We will both sign a contract clearly stating what I will be helping you with, and what the cost will be to you. Pricing can be found on the “Services and Pricing” section of the website.

Is there an amount of time I am tied in for?

My contract works on a rolling basis. If you decide that you no longer want to work with me, that is absolutely fine! I just need one month’s notice. Your commitment is to one month’s notice. However, please let me know if you are thinking of taking your admin back in-house and we can review what we are doing, and see if there is anything further I can help you with.

I need a VA But I'm not a pet business owner?

I predominantly work with pet business owners, but on a few occasions, I have supported businesses outside of the industry. please contact me to see if I am open to working within your industry.
